Meet Veronica
Your Public Health Bestie & Systems Change Champion
As the founder of Public Health Curated, Veronica brings together her passion for transformative change, her gift for connection, and her deep understanding of what it really takes to create impact in complex systems. Veronica's journey to public health wasn't exactly a straight line (ask her about her original plans to be an artist!). This winding path has given her a unique perspective on how creativity and public health can work together to spark real change.
Our Mission
To transform public health by nurturing impact-shapers who create meaningful change through the harmony of soul-care and systems thinking. We empower professionals to rediscover their spark, cultivate sustainable practices, and reimagine public health from the inside out.
Our Vision
We envision a vibrant public health ecosystem where impact-shapers thrive as they transform communities. A world where:
-
Every public health professional feels energized by their purpose, approaching complex challenges with creativity and joy
- Systems change emerges from a place of personal wholeness, creating sustainable and meaningful impact
- Soul-care is recognized as essential to effective public health leadership, not a luxury
- Innovation flows from the intersection of evidence and imagination
- A connected community of impact-shapers supports each other in reimagining what's possible in public health
- The field attracts and retains passionate leaders because they can see a path to making impact while staying true to themselves
- Public health work becomes a model for how to create systemic change while nurturing the changemakersÂ
Through PHC, we're creating ripples of transformation - from the individual impact-shaper to the systems they influence - ultimately building a more humane and effective approach to improving community health. We believe that when public health professionals reclaim their spark and reimagine their role, they become catalysts for profound positive change in both themselves and the communities they serve.
